I've created organizational systems for myself as I worked as a therapist the last two years. it was important to me because I like to have fast & efficient structures in place to give more of my time and energy to direct client care.

I am a firm believer that we all only have so much bandwidth to tolerate the stimulation that private practice requires (especially for sensitive people like myself!) between admin work, client communication, and marketing, tracking finances, etc.

Due to the quick turnover times that can occur when you accept insurance & because of the financial nature and dedication the process requires, systems are a critical part to not be overwhelmed with the paperwork documentation side of things as your case load constantly ebbs and flows.

I’m not an expert by any means, I truly stumbled onto this passion for understanding documentation & productivity to prevent burnout and improve my clinical skills simultaneously.

That’s how I started making planners & started this account. If anything, it’ll give me a spot to reflect back on all the tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way & hopefully help fellow therapists, too.

I love doing all the nerdy paperwork research so you don’t have too😜
